You can also register from the trailer pages. Select 'Sign Up For Free' underneath the movie preview screen and complete the registration form.
How do I start watching movies on iReel?
To watch movies on iReel, you will need Adobe Flash Player 10. To learn more about Adobe Flash Player and to download it now, click Here. Once you have signed up and installed the player you can start watching movies instantly!
Will my personal information be safe?

How do I reset my password?
Is iReel compatible with my Mac?
Yes, iReel will work on your PC or Mac as long as you have Adobe Flash Player 10 installed.
Why don't I get emails confirming my registration and/or purchases?

What should I do if I am having trouble streaming movies properly?
If the iReel player is not streaming properly, click Pause for a moment and then resume. If the problem persists, please restart your computer and start the player again. iReel will resume the movie where it was stopped.
Is it safe to stream content from ireel.com?
Watching movies on iReel is 100% safe and legal. Our service has copyright permission to sell and rent movies online within Canada and the U.S. only. Nevertheless, movies rented or purchased in Canada and the U.S. may be accessed on iReel later from outside these countries.
How many computers can I stream my movie to?
You may login to your iReel account and stream your movies from any computer, just not simultaneously.
How do I enable cookies and Javascript?

5.Scroll down until you see the "Scripting" section. Select the "Enable" radio button for "Active Scripting."

10.Move the slider to "Medium".

To see your computer properties right click on My Computer on your desktop and select properties from the drop down menu.
Why can't I hear my movie?
Please ensure that you have properly connected your speakers/headphones and check the volume setting on your player.
Also verify if you have installed the latest drivers and operating system upgrades on your computer.
Exit all other audio applications while running iReel Player. If an audio application crashed or did not close properly prior to watching a movie on iReel, please restart your computer and try watching again.
Playback Options
Can I watch iReel movies on my TV?
Yes, you may connect your computer to any TVs with DVI or HDMI inputs with a DVI/HDMI cable.
Can I burn the movies from ireel.com on a DVD?
Currently this functionality is unavailable; however, we are working on it.
How do I transfer my videos to my portable device?
This feature is coming soon!
